Add ILogger<ViewService> and log the match-count summary at the end
of MatchOpenBankTransactions: "Matched {Matched} of {Total} open bank
transactions". Completes item 18.
Also drop the ISettingsService [Inject] from Home.razor.cs that was
declared but never referenced.
