Claudio Schaad 1f1575b0af PR M: log MatchOpenBankTransactions summary; drop dead injection ... Add ILogger<ViewService> and log the match-count summary at the end of MatchOpenBankTransactions: "Matched {Matched} of {Total} open bank transactions". Completes item 18.
