Claudio Schaad 90660177f2 PR U-13: title + aria-label on icon-only FluentButtons ... Add title (tooltip) + aria-label (screen reader) to the 13 icon-only buttons across Accounts, BookingRules, BookingTexts, Classes, Transactions, PendingBookings, and TransactionSplitDialog.
